To find out what's going on, the Church calendar shows events; more
information is given on the weekly smatterings news sheet. If you
missed the Sunday morning service, sermon notes with follow-up
questions are published each week: these are discussed in home groups
-
which are open to others joining them. And the Latest News section of
the Home Page will help you keep up to date. Members should make the
homepage of this website one of their "Favorites".
The Who's who page will help you get to know some church leaders and their contact details. You may choose to use the prayers; you may like to have a prayer posted on this site.
Our God wants us to serve Him, and Church provides many opportunities
to express your talents. You may want to learn more about serving
God and being a Christian. One way is to join a group - there's lots to choose from, and leaders are very approachable and will welcome your interest.
On a more practical note, you may need to check rotas to
arrange a swap
or need to find out the theme for a service if you are involved. And
you can easily raise money for St Matthew's if you shop online through
EasyFundraising - use the link from Latest News.
