Leaders will want to check the website regularly for accuracy of the calendar
and to update information for visitors and members. The website is an
ideal way of communicating routine information rather than use hard
copies or email since arrangements are of wider interest than just the
immediate participants. On the website the drop down menus give rapid
access to most pages. No information should be more than two clicks
away from the Home Page.

To request new pages, email John Edlin.
During 2011 John will train up to 10 members in how to edit pages on
this site. Email a request, and John will add you to the list.
Headed stationery, posters for publicity and other resources are available to leaders to edit and use.
