Extracts from a letter from Paul and Lesley Evans:

"As you are aware, my visit to Zimbabwe was cancelled because of the difficult situation there, but I am leaving on Saturday 19 July for a three weeks ministry visit to Malawi. You can contact Lesley in my absence and I will follow up matters when I return.

...We plan to commence renovation work (on the house at 5 Sandymount Road) on 1 September. I have designated the whole of September to work personally on the house.

I look forward to the opportunity of seeing you again and to renew fellowship with the church during my time in Walsall in September.

Let's remember to pray for God's blessing on Paul during his time in Malawi and to make sure we give them a warm St Matthew's welcome while they are in Walsall in September.
